Relationship Status: Married to each other (for 10 years!)
What we do:
Lindsey: Sales, Event Management, back-end business management, and the many day-to-day tasks relating to owning and operating a business.
Nick: Operations, accounting, builds what Lindsey envisions, fixes everything, problem-solves, and remains calm and collected through it all.
Norah and Coco: Keep us on our toes and help with whatever tasks they can.
Together, we are venue visionaries and opportunists. In our marriage/business, we have a saying that Lindsey dreams it, we design it, and Nick builds it!

We are a great team and genuinely love what we do. We wear many hats in our business, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We have been in business together for 8 years and have worked in hospitality for over 20 years.
Running two wedding venues while also raising two young girls has been one of our greatest challenges and our greatest achievements.

Palmdale Estates Events
is a hospitality company who specializes in managing wedding and event venues through thorough logistic planning, personal and professional care and connection. We treat our team like our family and our clients like our friends. We recruit the best vendors in the Bay Area so that our clients’ events are perfect from beginning to end. We are involved in all aspects of your event to ensure a smooth, postitive and memorable experience.

History
Palmdale Estates Events was established in 2016. Lindsey began her wedding career in 2004 at Palmdale Estates in Fremont and developed an ardent love of the event industry. When the original Palmdale Estates closed in 2015 Palmdale Estates Events was created so that we could expand our expertise to other locations. We obtained the EBRPD contract to run weddings, events and the cafe at Ardenwood historic Farm from 2017-2024 and were awarded the contract to run Little Hills in late 2021.

Sustainability Initiative
We strive to implement sustainable practices wherever we possibly can. Some of the ways in which we accomplish these objectives are:

Donating all leftover food to local shelters and food banks

Buying used before new

Fixing/upcycling anything we can.

Educating clients and employees about a sustainable living/working environment Recycling and composting at all events.
