REQUIREMENTS
(INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

  • MINIMUM of 3 years experience in the wedding or event industry; preferably at an event venue

  • At least 3 years of event management experience

  • Available on Weekends

  • Understand the seasonal requirements of the venue. Peak season is April - October.  Maximum availability during those months is essential.

  • Extremely Organized

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

  • Proficient in Google Drive (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, Gmail, Google Cal etc.)

  • Clear and effective communicator

  • Willingness to learn new administrative platforms

  • Must Dress and represnt self professionally

  • Have own reliable transportation (car). 

  • Be willing to travel to and work at our sister site - Ardenwood Historic Farm - on an as-needed basis

Job Description
(INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO)

​Position starts Part-Time with the goal to move to Full-Time in March 2022

  • Venue Tours

  • Client Inquiry Responses (sending proposals, sharing availability and other important venue information)

  • Sales and Contracts

  • Day of Event management onsite

  • Calendar Organization (payment, insurance and other important due-date reminders)

  • Detail Meetings with Couples

  • Answering Venue related questions day of events

  • Manage caterers and vendors at events

  • Send Vendor delivery info prior to each wedding/ Event

  • Inventory of Wedding and Event Related items.

  • The work week during wedding season is typically Wednesday to Sunday.
